The company has experienced steady growth providing diving, survey and ROV services from chartered vessels.

The company is strategically located in Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth in the United Kingdom, Arendal in Norway and Esbjerg in Denmark; with a geographical expansion plan to set-up bases in the major offshore oil and gas locations on a worldwide basis.

The Aquanos AS group of companies aims to become a market leader in the provision of subsea services. To achieve this the group successfully raised 616 MNOK (MUSD 103) in equity from a select group of Norwegian institutional investors, which has been used to fund the company’s new build vessel programme.

Aquanos will own and operate three new build, state of the art, multipurpose offshore support vessels.

All vessels are designed and built to DnV “Clean Design” to control and limit operational emissions and discharges. (“Clean design” reduces vessel noise and vibration and reduces fuel oil consumption and CO2 emissions).
